Before using the RideDog services, please read carefully the following terms and conditions of use.

Usage Rules

Users of the RideDog services acknowledge and warrant that they will not:

  1. Post offensive, pornographic, libelous, indecent, harrassing, threatening, hateful or otherwise offensive material on the site
  2. Post material that infinges patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights on RideDog
  3. Use any RideDog service to make unsolicited offers, proposals, advertisements or promotions
  4. Use information posted by other RideDog users to stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise intimidate other RideDog users
  5. Use spiders, robots, scrapers or other automated means of accessing RideDog services or data without our express permission
  6. Use RideDog services, with the exception of route maps embedded using HTML code provided by RideDog, for commercial or non-private purpose without our express permission
  7. Interefere with RideDog services by uploading viruses, worms or other malicious software or code
  8. Use RideDog services for any illegal purpose

Content Ownership

Your submission of content on RideDog, including route information, GPS data and reviews, but excluding personal information covered in our privacy policy, provides RideDog with perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable license to use such content for any purpose deemed appropriate by RideDog.

Liability

Route information available on RideDog is submitted by our users. As such, RideDog does not warrant that such information is accurate, or that routes found on RideDog are suitable for cycling. You use RideDog services at your own risk and agree to hold RideDog harmless from any and all claims arising from your use of RideDog services.

Modification of Terms

RideDog reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of use at any time. Modifications will be posted on this site and will be considered binding 30 days after being posted here.
